NEGOTIATION UPDATE

The December 31, 2006 separation is fast moving upon us.  Since it is important that you receive all the information possible to help you make your decision we have updated the OPEIU/Prudential Agents website with information about the upcoming separation.

This includes a summary of the reduction in force agreement as well as the full text.  There are also sample separation payment scenarios and the statutory agent’s bonus grid which any agent taking a statutory position will automatically receive a one level bump on if they are offered a statutory contract at the time of separation.  We are currently attempting to get a description of what Emeritus Status means for any agents who will have that option and we will post any information that we receive on that as soon as possible.
